We have a nice 15 game slate ahead of us filled with #RunLineUpside. Let’s take advantage of it as we always do. Currently, my MLB record is 28-14.
It should be a great day today as there is an all-day slate containing 15 games. Starting from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm we will have action. Unlike yesterday, we will not have plenty of aces to choose from as this slate really only features two of them. But one of them is the best pitcher in the league MAD MAX and you already know we will be going there. Other than that, I have located a few other spots I like a lot. As always, let’s try to take advantage of all this value “running” around. #RunLineUpside
Royals @ Nationals 4:05 pm
The first game I like today comes in the mid-day time slot. The best pitcher in baseball and future Hall of Famer Mad Max (8-5 2.43 ERA) will take the mound today for the Nationals. In his last seven games, he is 6-0 with 1.06 ERA. At this point, he is unstoppable and we just need the Nationals to provide some runs for him. They should have a problem doing so as they have also been one of the hottest teams in the league and they are set to face Glenn Sparkman (2-4 5.09 ERA). In his last seven, he is 1-3 with a 6.68 ERA. Sparkman is struggling to keep teams off the bases allowing a .274 batting average to lefties and .283 to righties. The Nationals will cover the run line here for us and I like Mad Max to go seven innings and strike out at least 6 (prop bet). The Royals are also terrible on the road holding a 13-31 record on the road.

Yankees @ Rays 4:10 pm
Here we have a nice mid-day divisional match up. The rays have been struggling against the Yankees recently currently they are 2-8 in there last 10 against them (not including yesterdays match up). My rule with the Yankees is every time they are facing a lefty, they are in play. They have the best righties by far. In some games, Gleyber Torres is their worst batter… He would be the best player on countless other teams in the MLB. The fact that Snell (5-7 4.87 ERA) is on the mound should give us great value on them as well even though last time he faced the Yankees he was pulled in the first inning. Snell, in general, has been terrible recently with a 2-3 record and an 8.28 ERA. The Yankees will have the vet C.C (5-4 4.04 ERA) on the mound. Being the veteran he is he should be able to navigate through this Rays lineup. He has an immediate boost with Lowe being injured and the best Rays bats being left-handed. Only bats to be afraid of are Pham Garcia and Diaz. I will take this All-Star line-up the Yankees have over those three every day of the week.

Padres @ Dodgers 10:10 pm
Everyone loves a late-night hammer and this is the one for me. Every time the Dodgers are home they are pretty much a lock. They are 37-9 at home. Today Kenta Maeda is set to face the Padres. The Padres are definitely right-handed dominant and that fits right into Maeda’s strength. He has been dominant against right-handed batters only allowing a .145 batting average. He also has only allowed 4 home runs which the Padres thrive off of. The Padres will be sending out Chris Paddack who is doing well to keep lefties of the bases only allowing a .214 batting average to lefties but he is getting hit hard with 44% hard-hit rate. That along with a .200 ISO against lefties is a problem when you are facing this Dodgers lineup. Almost every lefty in their lineup holds over a .200 ISO against right-handed pitching. Don’t be cute with this one take the Dodgers and find the value in the run line. For a prop bet, I’ll take a Joc and Bellinger home run.
