Today’s NBA Picks: 3 Best Bets for Wednesday March 13

Our NBA picks were 2 from 3 on Tuesday evening and we are looking to land the full house with three more expert basketball picks for Wednesday night.

We are placing our bets with SugarHouse on Wednesday night as they’re offering all new players up to $250 in Free Bets on NBA when they open a new account

Detroit Pistons @ Miami Heat

Pick: Miami Heat (-2 Points) @ -108 with SugarHouse

We managed to pick out two winning picks from three bets on Tuesday night thanks in part to the LA Lakers turning up against the Chicago Bulls. Lebron James put up 36 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and Miami Heat fans will be hoping that their former star’s display can inspire his ex-team-mates to a similar performance when they take on the Detroit Pistons at the AmericanAirlines Arena on Wednesday. The Heat are one place below the Pistons in the Eastern Conference and in need of a win to try to secure their post-season place. The Heat may have lost to the Raptors last time out but they’ve won their last four in Miami to improve to 15-19 at home. It’s a poor record overall, but it’s improving at the right time and the home support can push their players down the stretch, stating against Detroit tonight.

Brooklyn Nets @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Pick: Under 231.5 Points @ -112

The Brooklyn Nets put on a clinic against Detroit on Monday to claim a fourth successive win and move to 6th in the Eastern Conference. They put up 105 points but it was one of their poorer recent scoring results, and the first in seven where they hadn’t cleared 110. They may not go too high on Wednesday night either, against an Oklahoma City Thunder roster who have looked far better on defense lately. The Thunder only allowed 89 against Utah on Monday and allowed just 95 in their last home match (against Memphis). The home team haven’t been scoring huge recently only and only cleared 120 in one of their last nine matches (and that was in OT v the Trail Blazers). 231.5 is a high line for Wednesday’s clash and the Under looks the way to go.

Golden State Warriors @ Houston Rockets

Pick: Over 230.5 Points @ -112

One Points Line that doesn’t look too high is the 230.5 set for the Golden State Warriors trip to Texas to face the Houston Rockets. The Warriors top the Western Conference standings but are the underdogs on Wednesday night. This seems fair given Steph Curry & co’s recent losses to Phoenix and the Celtics but it would be a surprise if the Warriors went down without a fight. They tend to get involved in shoot-outs when up against good sides with the Celtics, 76ers, Miami and also the recent loss to the Rockets landing the Overs. The line is marginally higher this time around but 230.5 is one which has been passed on six of the last 12 of Golden State’s matches. The Rockets have scored more than 115 (which would be their share of this line) in 6 of their last 9 so they should have no problem playing their part in what should be the match of the night in Houston.
